The Luxury Collection Hotel, Manhattan Midtown New York

the room was a paradise. the Restaurant, Private facilities, and Bar/Lounge area fulfilled all my requirements. the excellent service offered made me feel like royalty.

I did experience one minor issue, which was the delayed response to my request.

The hotel room was huge and well-appointed, with a great comfy bed. It was a sanctuary, especially when traveling with children. The double shower was a hit with the kids. The staff were excellent and allowed us to check-in early, much appreciated.

Gorgeous hotel, delicious breakfast with variety of choice, excellent location near all the major attractions in midtown. Spacious room, marble bathroom. Amazing view, friendly service, exceptionally comfortable beds.

The staff was caring, the hotel was impeccably clean and placed in a busy part of the city next to the theater as well as many attractions. The rooms were top-notch and soundproof with functional bathroom. I loved wake-up service available and wonderful views.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the nearest subway station and being very close to Central Park. there is a lounge area where guests can relax and unwind. The restaurant in the hotel also offers a wide variety of options for dining.

The hotel seems to have issues with customer service, as some guests have experienced slow service at the restaurant and at the front desk. there have been complaints about the TV and thermostat malfunctioning in the rooms.

During the construction work, InRoom Dining's service is absolutely far below expectations.

The room furnishings were new and looked nice, creating a visually appealing atmosphere. the hotel had a convenient location, making it easily accessible to key attractions and amenities in the area. Lastly, there was an advantage of having room service available, making it convenient for meals and snacks in the comfort of the room.

The room had a musty smell, reminiscent of a basement, unpleasant.

hotel is in the process of changing its franchise to a Conrad. facilities were non-existent and price should have been seriously discounted as a result.

Elevators not working (wait several minutes). No lobby.

Hotel under renovation. The reception is ugly and too small. The entrance is worthy of an inn with two pennies. No lobby... so hotel too expensive... for the moment.

Cozy and functional atmosphere, perfect for both business and leisure. Great customer service from the concierges who are knowledgeable and professional. a wonderful hotel experience.

As young people, we absolutely loved the spacious and stylish suite at this hotel. It had everything we could ask for, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of room. The gym was a standout, exceeding our expectations and rivaling dedicated fitness centers. The staff, particularly Tori and Maria at the front desk, provided excellent service, assisting us with all our inquiries and requests. The hotel's location was great, and the wifi connection was seamless. We hope to have the chance to stay here again someday.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions and the tourist bus route. Lots of great dining options nearby. The size of the room was impressive, especially for New York, and it was clean. The staff, especially the barmen and concierge, were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a courtesy car service which was incredibly useful and saved me during a meeting.

Conrad - a fantastic hotel experience! I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the luxurious rooms and great amenities. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Central Park and Rockefeller Center. Despite not being upgraded as a diamond member, the room was so amazing that it wasn't necessary. I even received a $60 voucher that I used for drinks at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again!

I was amazed at how clean and super clean the entire hotel was, from the lobby to my spacious and bright suite. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my time in this city. I also appreciated the great hotel facilities, especially the excellent water pressure in the shower.
